AN OVERVIEW OF THE PARKS:
Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater are the best national parks located in the northern part of Arusha. Their Safaris can be done as a short trip of your stay in Tanzania like 2 days. Tarangire is famous for its largest herds of Elephants in Africa.
Ngorongoro crater is the worlds largest broken volcanic caldera found within the Ngorongoro conservation area and managed by Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority.
The Crater can be accessed by both air that is domestic flights and on every good tarmac road which runs from Arusha through Lake Manyara national park to Ngorongoro, Located in Karatu area (Karatu town is the nearest town to the crater just few kilometer away from the main gate).
Ngorongoro crater is home of the highest concentration of predators in Africa especially Black Rhinos, Gazelles, Lions, Leopards, Jackals, Hyenas, Zebras, Wildebeest,, Elephants, Buffalos and others.

DAY 1: ARUSHA TOWN TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
On our 2 days Tarangire and Ngorongoro safari. We start early in the morning after breakfast for a full day game drive to Tarangire national park. An Afternoon Hot lunch in the bush picknic site, then continue with a game Evening drive to the hotel.

DAY 2: RHINO LODGE TO NGORONGORO CRATER
Early Morning After breakfast. You will drive to Ngorongoro Crater( where is the home of the highest concentration of predators in Africa especially Gazelles, Black Rhinos, Leopards, Hyenas, Wildebeest, Buffalos, lions, Jackals, Zebras, Elephants etc,,,,) for a game drive around ngoitoktok.
An afternoon bush hot lunch by the hippo pool inside the crater, enjoying the nature and a game drive around ngoitoktok. In the evening our guide will drive you back to Arusha.
